Directions for use

1. Lightly moisten the mold with water to prevent the rice from sticking to it.

2. Place a portion of hot rice (not too compact) in the mold.

3. If you want a soft center, make a slight hollow and add a filling (salted plum, tuna-mayo, grilled salmon, etc.).

4. Add a little rice on top, then gently press down with the mold lid.

5. Carefully unmold: your onigiri is ready to be enjoyed as is or wrapped in a sheet of nori.

Vary the pleasures: plain rice, sesame rice, vegetable rice, umeboshi rice...
