Dogou Shipping Policy

At Dogou, we do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your carefully selected Japanese utensils without delay.


1 – Order Preparation

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.


2 – Shipping Methods

We mainly use reliable carriers for delivery within mainland France.

Available options (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or other partners) will be displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and your location.


3 – Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are typically 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are provided as an indication and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods, severe weather, exceptional events, or carrier delays.

Dogou cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.


4 – Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

They will be clearly displayed before payment is finalized.


5 – Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped.

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


6 – Missed Delivery or Lost Package

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.

If the carrier declares your parcel lost, please contact us promptly at contactdogou@gmail.com so we can initiate an investigation.


7 – Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Dogou is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.


8 – International Shipping

For now, Dogou only ships within mainland France.

Any updates regarding international delivery will be announced on our website.
