Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

2. Products

The items offered are kitchen utensils, sold subject to availability.
Each product is presented on the website with a description and non-contractual photos.
No personalized products are offered.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding shipping fees.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Customers select products and add them to their cart. The order is confirmed once payment is completed.
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the provided address.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a dispute with the customer or non-payment.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit card via Shopify Payments
PayPal (optional)
Stripe (optional)

Payments are secured via SSL encryption. Banking information is not stored by the seller.

6. Shipping

Shipping is available within mainland France only.
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days.
Carriers used: La Poste (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay.
Shipping costs: €5 per order, free for orders over €60.
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Returns are at the customer's expense and must be in original, unused condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Exception: Customized products are not eligible (none are sold on this website).

8. Warranties

Customers benefit from the following legal warranties:

Warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code)
Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)
If a product is defective, customers may request a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

The seller is not responsible for any damages resulting from inappropriate use or poor maintenance of a product.
The seller’s liability is in all cases limited to the total amount of the order.

10. Personal Data

Collected data is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Dogou website (texts, images, logo, graphic identity) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
If necessary, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
