📦 Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout France and Europe. Delivery is from Paris.
Where do the products come from?
All our items are made in Japan, then shipped from our workshop in Paris.
What are the delivery times?
In France, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 business days. For Europe, allow between 4 and 7 days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over €80. Below this amount, the cost varies depending on the weight of the order (generally between €4.90 and €7.90).
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
How to make a return?
Simply write to us at [your email] with your order number. We'll guide you step by step.
Are I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes, except in the case of damaged product or error on our part.
🎎 Products & Crafts
Are the items really made in Japan?
Yes. Each piece is selected on site, in direct contact with the artisans. These are authentic Japanese everyday objects, durable and designed to be used.
Are the items handmade?
Some are, others come from small Japanese manufacturers with traditional know-how. We specify this on each product sheet.
My product has slight variations, is this normal?
Yes. Handcrafted or small-batch items may have subtle differences: this is what makes them unique.
