How to use it?

This set brings together the basic tools for rolling your own maki and other sushi at home.
What it is for: the makisu is the bamboo mat used to roll rice and filling in a nori sheet, pressing evenly.
Lay the 27 x 27 bamboo makisu on the worktop with a sheet of nori on top, to roll your sushi.
Work and serve the rice with the Tsubame shamoji.
